Honored Artist of Ukraine with over 45 years of experience in creating animated worlds — from the legendary classics of "UkrAnimaFilm" to international book projects.
Nataliya Chernysheva is a renowned animation master and book graphic artist whose work has shaped the visual language of contemporary art for over 45 years. A graduate of the Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute (1978), she dedicated a significant part of her career to the legendary "UkrAnimaFilm" studio (formerly "Kyivnaukfilm").
As a production designer and director, Nataliya has contributed to cult animated films that have become classics, including "The Golden Chicken" and "How a Hedgehog and a Bear Cub Changed the Sky." Her unique style blends subtle psychology with high artistic aesthetics.
Beyond her film work, Nataliya has illustrated and designed over 40 books, magazines, and publications. From 1997 to 2022, she served as the Art Director of the "KROK" International Animated Film Festival, making an invaluable contribution to the global animation community.
An Honored Artist of Ukraine and a member of the Union of Cinematographers, Nataliya has been living and working in Israel since 2022, where she continues to develop new animation projects.
